Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At RivaayaFab, our top priority is your satisfaction. We strive to offer you the best in quality and service. To ensure you receive the right product, our expert team carefully checks every order for fabric quality, color, quantity, and matching order codes before dispatch.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do have a flexible return, exchange, and refund policy. Please read the details below:

  • Order Modification/Cancellation:
    If your order has not been processed yet, you can change or cancel it. Please email us at rivaayafab@gmail.com with your order number and your request.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    All products undergo strict quality checks. Still, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us pictures of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order. After verification, we will either reprint or replace the product for you. If the Products are damaged from our end. You will have to email us at rivaayafab@gmail.com within 48 hours. After that period, we won't consider returns or exchanges.

  • Return Eligibility:

    • Returns are allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

    • Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

    • Fabric must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and uncut.

    • Fabrics must be in their original length; if the fabric is cut, returns will not be accepted.

    • Products must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice or order details enclosed.

  • Return Policy Limitations:

    • No returns for fabric books, test fabrics, customized/uploaded design prints, sale items, or fabric orders of 3 meters or less.

    • For orders of over 15 meters in a single design, return is only possible if there is confirmed damage.

    • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or wrong.

  • Special Product Categories:
    Sarees, shrugs, stoles, jackets, dupattas, scarves, kaftans, cushion covers, unstitched suits, laces, aprons, and scrunchies are exchangeable only (no refunds) if reported within 48 hours.

    • In case of dislike or preference change, a coupon code (after deducting courier charges) will be issued instead of a refund.

    • Only one exchange is permitted per item.

    • Reverse pickup for these products will have courier charges borne by the customer.

  • Return Process:
    We offer a free reverse pickup service for eligible domestic orders. Pickup will be arranged within 3–5 working days. If your area is not serviceable, you may return the product via courier at your expense and we will reimburse courier charges along with the refund.

  • Refund Details:

    • For cancelled orders, the paid amount will be refunded to your bank account.

    • If you ordered via COD, no refund will be processed.

    • Refunds for prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallet) will be processed within 10–15 working days.

    • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • If a coupon was applied, the discount value will also be deducted while refunding.

    • In case of multiple products ordered and a partial return, the applicable discount adjustments will be made before refunding.

  • Custom Prints:
    Custom printed fabrics (customer's designs) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Processing Time for Replacements/Refunds:
    Please allow 15–25 working days after product receipt for processing replacement or refund.
