At RivaayaFab, we know no one likes paying extra for shipping (neither do we!). That’s why we offer Free Shipping across India on all orders with a minimum bill value of ₹849.
So shop without worries — we’ll handle the shipping!

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We work hard to ensure that your products are delivered safely, quickly, and in excellent condition.

  • All orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Once shipped, domestic orders (India) generally reach you in 2–10 working days, depending on the courier and location.

  • For ready-to-ship fabrics, expect delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • For customized fabrics, delivery may take 7–10 working days.

  • While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Additional Shipping Details:

  • If a product requires a separate shipping charge, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Each order can have only one shipping address. To send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • Express Delivery services are not available.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on courier performance.

  • By ordering from RivaayaFab.com, you agree to allow our delivery partners to contact you regarding your delivery, if needed.

PAYMENT POLICY

At RivaayaFab, we prioritize your online shopping security.
All transactions are conducted through secure, encrypted payment gateways to keep your personal and financial details completely confidential.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on eligible PIN codes.

All payments made on RivaayaFab.com must match the MRP displayed on the website and comply with the terms set by our third-party payment partners.

Important Notes:

  • RivaayaFab is not liable for:

    • Unauthorized transactions.

    • Payment failures or declines.

    • Bank limit issues.

    • Any transaction delays due to technical reasons.

We assure a safe and trusted shopping experience at all times.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000.

  • For orders above ₹10,000, only prepaid options are available.

  • COD service is limited to select serviceable PIN codes.

  • COD charges apply to:

    • Sale products.

    • Orders above ₹799 on fresh products.

  • No extra charges for COD on regular-priced products (under ₹799).

  • At delivery, payment must be made before opening the package.

  • If the package appears open, damaged, or tampered, please refuse the delivery and inform us.

  • COD orders do not support card payments at the time of delivery (only cash is accepted).
